AUTUMN
In a musical era that saw a fading line between Youth Crew Hardcore and Metal-infused ensembles stood a five-piece outfit from the Philadelphia suburbs named Autumn. Once described in Maximum Rock and Roll as “Emo-Mosh”, Autumn took music to new boundaries while borrowing the groove-oriented rhythms of Quicksand, the melodical nature of Into Another and the utter passion of Endpoint. Playing feverishly up and down the east coast the band released a widely sold 7"ep on Nevermore Records, a 4-song ep on Crisis Records and appeared on multiple compilations. Recording well over 20 studio tracks, many of which never saw an official release, they perform for the first time in 11 years picking up right where they left off… with pounding rhythms, melodical undertones and a passion for the sound.
